aboutMelbourne based multi-instrumentalist Luke Moller has become a prominent member of the Australian musical scene. His ability to adapt to any situation and feel at home in just about any style see him working all across the country.

As a student Luke studied classical performance with Simon Dobrenko and Michele Walsh, his studies culminating in a Bachelor of classical performance from the Queensland Conservatorium of music (Aus). From here Luke starting looking into alternate style string playing. This led him first to the annual Mark O'connor and Berklee College string camps (USA). His persistance paid off, taking all he learnt from the camps, studying hard and auditioning for Berklee College of Music. In 2005 Luke studied at Berklee College (on scholarship) majoring in jazz violin performance.

There has been numerous study trips heading back to the USA, Canada and Europe, extending his craft, networking with other like minded musicians.

As a session musician Luke has recorded on over 30 Albums including the Aria award winning 'Little Bid' (Kasey Chambers), Aria nominated 'Bad Machines' (Shane Nicholson) and the soon to be released Kate Miller-Heidke disc.

Luke has performed across the world with a number of artists including Delta Goodrem, Missy Higgins, Carrie Underwood, Kasey Chambers, Shane Nicholson, Rick Price, Jerry Lewis, Elaine Paige, Martin Reppeneau, Fourplay Electric String Quartet.
